fighting for happiness

My name is Cat, and I'm currently in recovery from a lot of things - mainly, ED, which has in turn made recovering from everything else a lot easier! I'm 19, and I'm going to college in the fall in New York (near the love of my life) to hopefully do something involving being a dietician/nutritionist. I'm taking my life back one meal at a time and I couldn't be happier!
This is my recovery blog - it started out as a "whatever I want," turned into that plus thinspo (when I was in relapse), and now it's completely focused on recovery and my goals, with a few other things I like. I try to post only positive things and be as trigger-free as possible!
I love yoga, running, cats, my boyfriend, and food, so naturally my blog consists mostly of those things, haha :)
I don't bite! Please please PLEASE feel free to message me for advice or someone to talk to or whatever else. I actually love giving advice and helping people.
If I can do it, so can you. :)

You know what’s nice? What’s nice is that nobody can judge you by the amount of toilet paper you use

You could use half a sheet or 6 rolls if you felt inclined to do so and nobody could say a goddamn thing about it

Breakfast number 2 because I was still hungry after 3 bananas, a nectarine, and a glass of milk before my morning exam :)

Caloric drinks are healthy too :)

We hunted and hunted for another place that could create handmade iPhone Cases. After months of searching and contacting multiple companies we found one that matched and excelled in quality of the predecessor. So this Fall these limited bad boys will be ready, they are handmade in the USA and a bonus it’s eco friendly FSC® & Rainforest Alliance Certified.

Real life tragedy - the kind that happens to your friends or family or classmates or coworkers or even yourself - is not beautiful; it’s horrible.

Curvy women are real women. Skinny women are real women. Women who have had boob jobs or lip enhancements or liposuction are still real women. Size 0 may make no sense mathematically, but a woman who wears that size is as real as the one who wears a size 16. What makes us “real” people is not the shape of our flesh but our basic humanity. And we lose our humanity when we judge – not when we lose weight, gain weight, or make the intensely personal decision to undergo cosmetic surgery.
